Employee Interviews offer students and school counselors the most convenient and up-to-date resource for learning everything about your organisation from the people working for your organisation.


These interviews provide in-depth insights into the roles, experiences, and career paths available, helping students and advisors understand your company culture, values, and opportunities.

Explore Careers will take care of putting together the interview for you.


All you need to do is let us know who we are interviewing and;

  • Simply inform us of the interviewee's identity, and we will provide you with a set of recommended questions.

  • We will take care of producing and editing the interview for you, based on your specifications.

  • Once complete, we will send the interview to you for approval before distributing it to high schools and uploading it to

  • You will have full ownership of the interview, and you can use it across all of your channels.
